Clay Play Parties

Decker-Smith Pottery can bring the creativity to your next party! Children’s Birthday Parties, Ladies’ Nights In, Make-Your-Own-Ornaments Holiday Gatherings – you name it – DSP can bring the fun!

I will come to your event location (within the Denver Metro area) with everything needed to celebrate in style with creativity and fun! Participants will get their hands dirty creating one-of-a-kind artwork made of clay.  All materials will be supplied and glazing and firing will be provided (finished pieces will be delivered within 3 weeks).

Have a theme in mind? I will lead the group in creating pieces that fit within your party theme. No theme? Don’t worry – I have dozens of project ideas for artists of all ages.

The party cost is $225 for 1 hour and up to 10 participants. There is a $20 fee for each additional participant.

Following the event I will lovingly usher your pieces through the drying, glazing, and firing processes. Once they are finished I will deliver them to the party organizer, so you can distribute them to the participant artists.

Need a party idea – How about a Pokemon Party! What better way to tap into our kids’ creativity than to invite them to create their favorite Pokemon or better yet, the craziest Pokemon they can imagine? The possibilities are endless! Gotta craft them all!

Here’s what some party parents had to say about their DSP parties…

“Our daughter’s DSP party was a hit! The kiddos loved getting their hands dirty while they molded and cut and stamped their clay creations. Jessa was kind and fun and a wonderful teacher. Creativity intertwined with beauty, all while getting their hands messy and having fun with their friends – I most highly recommend a DSP party!” ~Marcy

“Clay Play was a fun and unique party. Jessa is very talented and gives step by step direction to bring out the inner artist in everyone.” ~Erin

“Jessa is a delight!  The party for my daughter was well thought out, creative, hands-on and fun.  Every party goer seemed to love their creations and the experience but what made it extra special was Jessa’s talent, patience with the children, and her passion for bringing out the artist is all of us!” ~Harmony
